Our second episode is dedicated to the fundamental, yet not-so-basic, Boolean Operations.
Course content
Booleans are some of the most important functionalities to know in vector design, as they’ll allow you to work with simple shapes (something we’re very comfortable with already) and turn them into more complex objects. Don’t worry, we’re still taking small steps here. We’ll also practice all that we learned in episode 1 just in case you need to brush up on these freshly-acquired skills. Let’s use everything you’ve learned to create some colorful fruit icons together.

About the Artist
Aysel grew up in Istanbul where she studied and worked as a Product Designer. She then came to Berlin to study Integrated Design and worked as Graphic and UI Designer.
Aysel has been drawing ever since she was a little kid, so pursuing a career in illustration came naturally. During her bachelor studies, she was an assistant in a drawing course, and she also began working at Vectornator. She says, “It’s funny that I ended up creating educational content for illustration and design.”
