Have you ever wondered how to transfer your digital skills onto a mural masterpiece? Then you're in the right place.
We are big advocates of murals for adding a ton of personality and interest to any space. In fact, we even have one in our office. You might think to yourself - but ... I have no experience. Have no fear! If you fancy yourself a dab hand at art, why not get really creative and make a wall mural with your own design using a stencil guide instead?
That's exactly the approach Sandra took for this tutorial - instead of drawing everything freehand, she created a vector stencil, which was then traced into physical stencils by a plotting machine. Finally, she applied these stencils to the wall where all she had to do was spray.
About the Artist
Sandra is a freelance multi-media artist based in Zurich, Switzerland.
She’s a master of minimal design and creates flat illustrations around the themes of womanhood, nature, and the occult. She’s pretty much a resident on our channels where she took us on a journey through designing her entire merch collection, from stickers to a custom bandana. Sandra is also a muralist, a creative director, and a beer connoisseur.
